These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player" or "User") and bet4cuci ("Platform", "We" or "Company"). 01 Acceptance of Terms

02 Account Eligibility

• Has never been banned or suspended from the bet4cuci platform previously.

Bet4cuci reserves the right to reject any registration application from any individual without providing a reason. Our decision on eligibility matters is final and non-appealable except through the official complaints process.

03 Registration & Identity Verification

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Inaccurate or misleading information may result in account closure and the forfeiture of all pending wins.

• Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account. Multiple accounts from the same individual are strictly prohibited.
• The registered name must exactly match your official identification document.
• The email address used must be active and accessible only by you.
• Your account password is entirely your responsibility. bet4cuci will never request your password through any channel.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

• The minimum deposit is RM 20 with no maximum limit for standard deposits unless set by the payment method itself.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30 for all payment methods.
• The majority of withdrawal requests are processed within 1 to 3 hours on business days.
• The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used, except in special circumstances approved by the finance team.
• bet4cuci does not charge hidden fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. Any administrative fees, if applicable, will be clearly stated before the transaction is approved.
• Player funds are held in a separate protected account and are not commingled with the company's operational funds.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

• The welcome bonus is available to new members making their first deposit only. It cannot be claimed more than once, even if a new account is opened.

• The outcome of all games is final once a round is completed and calculated by the system. No appeals can be made against the results of regular gameplay.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bet4cuci platform and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances and wins:

• Registering or using multiple accounts (including using a family member's account to circumvent restrictions).
• Using automated software, bots, AI, or any tool that enables gameplay without genuine human involvement.
• Intentional exploitation of bugs or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion between players to cheat the system or other players, particularly in poker or skill-based games.
• Making deposits using a credit card or payment method that does not belong to you.
• Attempts to launder money or use the platform for any unlawful financial activity.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or the KYC process.

09 Account Suspension & Closure

Bet4cuci reserves the right to suspend or close a player's account under the following circumstances:

• Requests from regulatory authorities or law enforcement.
• Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion for responsible gaming reasons.

In the event of a legitimate account closure with no breach of terms, eligible balances will be returned to the player after the verification process is complete. In cases involving a breach of terms, bet4cuci reserves the right to hold all funds pending the outcome of the investigation.

10 Dispute Resolution

We understand that disputes may arise, and we are committed to resolving them in a fair and transparent manner. The bet4cuci dispute resolution process is as follows:

• Step 2: The support team will review complaints within 48 hours and provide an initial response.
• Step 3: If a dispute cannot be resolved at the support level, it will be referred to the compliance team for a thorough investigation within 7 business days.
• Step 4: The final decision will be communicated to the player in writing. The compliance team's decision is final.

If a player is unsatisfied with an internal decision, they may refer the matter to an independent mediation body recognised by bet4cuci's licensing authority for further review.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, bet4cuci shall not be liable for:

• Financial losses incurred as a result of fair and legitimate game outcomes.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including third-party internet infrastructure failures.
• Losses arising from account access by an unauthorised third party due to the player's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.

12 Changes to These Terms

Bet4cuci reserves the right to amend, add to, or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time in accordance with operational requirements, regulatory changes, or service improvements. When significant changes are made:
